Mr. Md. Abul Hashem, Managing Director & CEO of Uttara Bank PLC. has inaugurated the BANGLA QR Merchant programme at the Banks Ladies’ Branch, Dhaka on 10-08-2026 to make digital transactions easier, faster and more secure. Through this programme, merchants will be able to connect to BANGLA QR and accept digital payments from customers quickly and securely. Deputy Managing Director Mr. Khandaker Ali Samnoon, Executive General Manger and Zonal Head Mr. Mohammad Liton Pasa Khan and General Manger Mr. Md. Kamruz-Zaman along with higher executives were also present in the occasion.
